Apple cupcake with gingerbread spice
INGREDIENTS – Cupcakes
400 g flour
200 g butter, room temperature
300 g sour cream
400 g sugar
4 large eggs
1.5 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp baking soda
0.5 tsp salt
3 tsp vanilla paste


Ingredients – Filling inside and on top of the cupcakes:
4 apples
2 tbsp sugar
50 g chopped almonds
0.5 tbsp gingerbread spice
A little water for cooking

DESCRIPCIÓN

This is a Apple gingerbread spice cupcake with cream cheesefrosting. Topped with fried Apple + gingerbread spice and sugar.


INSPIRACIÓN

My grandma used to make the best Apple cake ever! I could eat the whole day without getting sick. But i wanted to make something new of the original recepie.
